Last year after the end of the mingle, I had asked if anyone had ever tried these. Since I would be attending the minlge this year I offered to bring some. They were a big hit! I made 3 different kinds; Raspberry Cheesecake, Chocolate, and Bj's.
The two pics above are from the lunch we got gathered for after checking into the hotel, but before checking in for the mingle.We ate at Outback Steakhouse in Saginaw. The food was great, but the company was even better. We were all excited to meet each other after months of chatting online.
