I recently purchased some 4 x6 "calendar cases" to alter and give as gifts. I purchased mine from Papertreyink.com,but looking at their website, they no longer have them.
So I did find some at Calendar-case.com
I noticed they offer a variety of sizes, so I will be
ordering some more from them soon.
The Post-it note pads inside are from Wal-mart out of their
clearance isle. They fit just perfectly, and I decorated
the cases with coordinating paper.
